You need to change your focus and start looking at what is good in your life. Start by making a list, as silly as this sounds it really does help and you will be surprised at how many things you have that you can be grateful for. When making your list it is important to keep your focus on the positive. For example, instead of thinking that you don't have the job you really want, focus on the fact that you have a job. If you don't think that is something to be grateful for then try thinking of all the people right now who are unable to find work of any kind. Once you have your list, post it where you can see it and read it every single day. Really think about each item on the list and how lucky you are to have those things going for you and how that makes you feel. It will begin to change your outlook and help you to feel more fulfilled right now. Being grateful doesn't mean you can't make changes Being grateful doesn't mean you can't make changes. In fact, feeling more fulfilled allows you to focus on what you can achieve rather than what you haven't. When you feel more positive about your life you have the ability to move forward and to achieve more than you ever thought possible. What is even more important is that you will enjoy each step you take towards even more success.
